Coffee and hat knitting to start this rainy day. Monarch Knitting‘s Morning Walk Hat is the best combination of stretchy 1 x 1 rib (wear cuffed or slouched) in a double strand of the amazingly soft Woolfolk fingering (Tynd/Sno). Aptly named, it’s the hat we grab for our morning walks. Pattern available on Hi.ravelry.

It’s that time of year for hat knitting and we fell in love with Drearenee knits Tincture hat. The slip stitch pattern is so easy and fun to knit and gives the hat a vintage look. We chose a combination of Quince and Co Chickadee and Chickadee Organic Heathers and added a pom pom for a soft, cozy, cute hat that fits nicely with just a bit of slouch.

Loving this hat in Quince and Co Chickadee and Chickadee Organic Heathers, pattern by Kat Runnings. Here’s Quince & Co.’s post about it—a perfect project for the winter hat season. We originally discovered Kate's hat on social media and fell in love with its highly-contrasted, crisp floral colorwork motif. Worked up in Chickadee and Chickadee Organic Heathers, there is a vast range of colors to choose from on this project. A double-thick brim with a contrast stripe and the floats from the colorwork should make this a toasty hat for deep chills.
