Bayfield DK is a Bluefaced Leicester hand-dyed yarn that takes its inspiration from the rugged natural beauty of Canada's Georgian Bay. Bluefaced Leicester is a lustrous long-staple wool that is both soft and hardwearing and because this yarn is minimally processed, it retains its bounce, resilience, and shape--all the qualities that make wool such a special fibre. The natural sheen and creamy colour of BFL add depth and tonality to the beautiful GBFibre Co colourways.
