Sweater weather has arrived in Vancouver and we will be wearing one of our favourite (and warm) cardigans to celebrate--Marit in Tukuwool Fingering.

Morning knitting on our Sun and Moon Mitts. The fair isle cuff on this brilliant pattern has an inner lining for extra warmth. We’re using a combination of Tukuwool Fingering and 2-Ply Shetland with Woolfolk Tynd for the lining.

Meet our newest yarn--​Swans Island Firefly. Each skein of organic merino is hand-tied and dipped in a vat of rich dye. When the ties are removed the the striking contrast of the resist marks is left behind, reminiscent of fireflies against a night sky.

We love the way hand-painted yarn plays out in crochet. Magical! ​Reaching is a sideways asymmetrical triangle shawl that can be made to any size. We used one skein of ​Atelier Franziska Uhl Sockenwolle in colour Tugba The Artist.
