The Cornwall Park Shrug is finished and The Girl is happy! We knit the Size 7 and it took about 1 1/2 skeins of Koigu KPM. We gave it a soak in Eucalan but didn't block out the lace since it fit The Girl on the generous side unstretched.  Lots is room for growing, we figure with aggressive blocking it could actually fit a small adult.  More details on our Ravelry Project page.
