Fly Away

Tin Can Knits is launching a new pattern series, Max and Bohdi's Wardrobe. The first two (wonderful, of course) patterns, pictured above, are now available for purchase as e-books, with 4 more to come over the next few months.  As soon as we saw Fly Away, we had to immediately cast on.  We're using the lusciously soft RainCityKnits Worsted in natural for the main colour and one pack of Babycakes  (shown below) for the contrast colours.  We've just posted Fly Away, a beginner baby blanket workshop exploring the joy of garter stitch patchwork and the various geometric possibilities in this pattern. Such fun!

Playdate

Playdate is a casual classic v-neck cardi knit at a nice relaxed gauge in fingering weight yarn.  And it's sized from newborn to adult 4XL!  We'll be knitting a child-size version in Koigu KPM.
