Joji Locatelli's says of her newest pattern, The Easy One , "it is the simplest, easiest and dearest sweater I have ever designed."  We agree.  Top-down classic styling with no short rows, no shoulder shaping, just stress-free knitting. Knit at a relaxed gauge of 21 in fingering weight yarn, we immediately think of Koigu or Woolfolk Tynd or Sno. But there are so many other options. With it's DK to light worsted gauge, the sweater would also be lovely in Quince & Co. Chickadee (sport weight), Elsebeth Lavold Silky Wool (sport to DK weight) and Rowan Felted Tweed (DK weight). Euroflax linen would make a beautiful summery tunic (and, hey, it's on sale!).  And have a look at The Easy One's big sister, The Easy Bulky One, a chunky weight version perfect for Quince & Co. Osprey.
