There's nothing quite like Koigu for kid's sweaters. The Boy choose p900, in variegated shades of rusty oranges and blues for his "Back to School Sweater"--finally finished in March (7 months late!) after a few false starts on the sleeves (see notes on our Ravelry Project Page).
We love the 3 x 1 rib and textured stitch in Connie Chang Chinchio's pattern.
