We'll be spending the summer knitting lacey shetland squares for TinCanKnits Vivid blanket. We're imagining a large cozy afghan for rainy Vancouver winters, so there will be lots of square to complete. No worries, we're in love with Jamieson's beautiful heathered colours and each square is a small little treasure.
Instead of casting off, we've left the final border stitches on waste yarn. Mandy has a nifty crocheted "zipper seam" we'll use to join the squares together.
