Parent and child (7 and up) get started knitting this Fall with our Learn to Knit Together class!
This course covers basic knitting skills in a  fun environment that allows for lots of individual creativity.  Learn to cast on and cast off, knit and purl, experiment with colour and create random drop stitches while working on our free-form stripey scarf.
A bright palette and dropped stitches  add fanciful elements to this project.  Students can change colours and create dropped stitches freely, creating a one-of-a-kind scarf.
Dates and Times:
Saturday mornings, 9:30 to 10:45 am
October 20 thru November 10

Materials: Â Cascade 220 in two (or more) colours, Â straight 5 to 5.5mm knitting needles, darning needle
