We've wanted to make the Mitered Crosses Blanket since the pattern was first published by Mason-Dixon Knitting 6 years ago. We finally cast on yesterday, inspired by a new batch of Noro Kureyon, arriving at the shop in the next few weeks.  The modular blanket is formed by seamless mitered crosses, framed with log cabin strips and joined together using the 3-needle bind off method--no sewing involved! We'll be using an assortment of Kureyon colourways for the crosses, with edging in the neutral 211 shade.  Our first square, shown at left, was so fun, we can't wait to see how each new colour evolves. The combination of mitered squares + garter stitch + Noro is magical! Follow our progress on the TBF Ravelry Project Page.
