We're excited to introduce our newest yarn from Custom Woolen Mills in Carstairs, Alberta. These big squishy cakes of Prairie Wool Bulky are made of 6 strands of carded unspun wool for knitting, spinning or felting. The 100% pure Dorset wool from Western Canada is prized for its loftiness and substitutes for Buffalo Wool in knitting cowichan-style sweaters. Prairie Wool is also a great choice for super bulky weight throws and afghans like Umaro.
