We love this cute hat that leads a double life . . .

. . . as a cowl. Wear it as a cozy neck warmer or gather the drawstrings threaded through the top edge and turn it into a hat! The designer has generously published her pattern for free on Ravelry but asks knitters to consider making a donation to this charitable medical research foundation.

The pattern calls for two balls of Noro so we'll be starting our shop sample hat in Silk Garden 391, a beautiful mix of blues, greens and ivory. When the ball is used up, we'll finish off with the vibrant blue Silk Garden Solo 3. Check back for a look once we're finished.
