The long ropes of i-cord are such fun to make and the project possibilities are limitless:  necklaces, bracelets, headbands, coasters, rugs, flower embellishments . . . we think our long green rope would make a perfect snake, especially if we add googly eyes to one end.  We've even seen the rope (made with thinner yarn) used for shoe laces!

Tomorrow we'll be going to The Boy's Grade 2 class to teach finger knitting. We'll be bringing the brightly coloured big and squishy Kureyon Air, perfect for keeping the attention of young knitters.
