Coco Knits Project Portfolio
We are so excited to see this DIY hack to coco knits Project Portfolio (instructions available in the Making section of her website.). With more staying-at-home time these days, I’ve been motivated to organize my crafting and the Portfolio is a great organizational tool. Julie took her inspiration from a Japanese travel journal, with elastic bands to secure books and magazines. She expanded the idea to include layers of paper Kraft fabric to create pockets for tablets, patterns, pencil and cell phone. The Portfolio is made of washable (yes!) Kraft paper fabric and you can change out the elastics to match your mood. Washing softens the material, giving it a leather-like appearance. (It’s the same fabric used in Cocoknits Accessory Roll, but more about that tool tomorrow). Scroll to see more views of the Portfolio and do check out the video on Cocoknits’ website to see how Julie uses hers. BTW, thanks to all you knitting and crocheting friends who continue to support us with your orders. Email the shop with a wish list and phone number and we’ll get right back to you.
