One skein of Handmaiden Cashmere and a bit of fun cabling makes this deliciously soft and cozy hat.
We used Pam Allen's Cable Baby pattern, adding the 14 extra stitches recommended for the "Child" size on a 3mm needle to get a nice fitting adult size hat (our first attempt at the 28 stitch "Adult" size resulted in too large a hat so started again with the smaller size and it worked perfectly).
