We are so in love with the thrummed slippers Melissa and her students are knitting in the Cadeautje class. Ysolda's brilliant pattern leads you through the steps of making a pair of walking-on-a-cloud slippers lined with a bed of "thrummed" fluffy wool roving. With wear, the roving felts down a bit but remains soft and cozy for the best pair of slippers imaginable. We've used Quince & Co. Osprey and undyed wool roving for our sample pair. Some students have added Bheda Wool for multi-coloured thrums. So fun!
