Jared Flood's  Tweed Baby Blanket, reworked for summer in a very un-tweedy yarn . . . . . . The super-soft and cuddly Blue Sky Alpacas Worsted Cotton.  Jamie used 4 skeins Bone, 2 skeins Wasabi, and one skein each Shell and Azul.  Lots of peaceful garter stitch, a simple lace edging and lovely i-cord bind off make this the perfect baby blanket.  For winter, we'll be knitting this blanket again in neutral shades of Green Mountain Spinnery Alpaca Elegance.   And by the way, bunny's sweater was knit by The Girl (with sewing help from Nana) in Tanis Fiber Arts Hand-Dyed Worsted "Sweet Heart" and "Buttercup".
