Warm and wooly blankets from Altantic Canada. MacAusland’s Woollen Mill, now in its 3rd century of operation, makes these iconic and beautiful blankets in its family owned and operated Mill on P.E.I. Raw wool produced in the Maritimes is washed, dried, carded and spun into yarn, then woven on a loom, fulled (preshrunk) and brushed to create a fluffy warm blanket. Limited availability for the winter season in natural and dyed heathered shades.
