Another Pie

What to do on a Tuesday when the shop is closed and summer fruits are in abundance–bake a pie, of course.   We’re trying a new recipe, Peach Crumble Pie.  Waiting for it to cool is so hard!

    PS. Warm peach pie is amazing with just a small scoop of good vanilla ice cream. Cold peach pie the next day (if it lasts that long) is also amazing! By the way, beautiful pie!
