Learn to Crochet Lace: Muscari Shawl
For crocheters ready to build on the basics, this beginner shawl will introduce you to the crochet techniques used to create elegant lace motifs.
Beginning with the centre, the body of the shawl is created with the basic yet beautiful single-crochet stitch. The lace design is then worked along the bottom edge using common techniques such as increases and decreases, filet-crochet, and clusters. Students will also be introduced to charted instructions and learn finishing techniques.
Students must know basic crochet stitches such as single and double-crochet.
