Description:

During this 3-week workshop students will work vertical, horizontal, diagonal and curved designs while exporing techniques that ensure smooth transitions and colour changes.  Long floats, weaving in tails, preventing tangles, working from “butterflies” and duplicate stitch embellishing will also be covered in this colourful program!

Materials:

Worsted-spun yarn (fairly smooth with good twist) in a variety of colours that works to approximately 5 stitches per inch (we recommend Cascade 220); 4 mm to 4.5 mm needles; darning needle with blunt end and large eye; binder with plastic sheet protector for notes.
