Addi Click Lace–the Long Tips
Knitters asked and Addi answered with the newly released Addi Click Lace–Long Tips.
Each kit features 8 pairs of lace tips in sizes from 3.5mm to 8 mm (US sizes 4 to 11) and 3 pliable blue “life-line” cords which create 24″, 32″ and 40″ circular needles. The tips are just over 5″ in length which will benefit those knitters who prefer a longer tip. The original Lace kit has 4″ tips to accommodate 16″ cables but some knitters find these tips a bit short for their comfort level and prefer to use magic loop or fixed circulars for small diameter knitting.
The “lifeline” cords were created to allow knitters to work a lifeline into their projects, especially useful with complicated lace designs. Each cord features two threadable eyelets near the tip connections through which a waste yarn can be run. When not in use, the eyelets remain closed and do not interfere with knitting.
